A large document (~30 pages) designed to outline the way the company — and its employees — operate within the organization. This layout replaces and supplements a wide variety of intranet content, best practices, tips and tricks, culture and conduct, the company's origin story, and so much more.
Identifying needs
This request came straight from Human Resources, seeking a document to replace cumbersome and confusing intranet pages. Working closely with leadership, I established a flexible layout — and provided guidance on content and voice — so that we could deliver and clear and comprehensive document for new and existing employees moving forward.
Working around specs
After discovery and kick-off discussions, I determined a full-screen eBook style would best meet our needs — a full screen digital presentation rather than a traditional page/book layout did the trick.
